I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist offering group, individual, family and couples counseling to adults, children and adolescents.

I strive to create a positive environment and to build healthy, nurturing relationships with everyone I work with as these are ideal conditions for growth and healing. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I work with the individual, couple and/or family to incorporate obtainable and realistic goals and often use art therapy interventions as an avenue for expression and exploration.

My Experience:

I am trained and experienced in working with individual, group and families using traditional styles of therapy as well as expressive art therapy techniques. I work with individuals as young as age 6 years and into adulthood. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings with at-risk adolescents and families struggling with a number of different stressors and traumas. A number of people I see are struggling with difficulties with attachment, sexual and physical trauma and significant anxiety and depressive symptoms. I truly enjoy working with and advocating for children, adults and families who need support.
